Nous Research完成9000万美元B轮，Hermes估值15亿美元押注企业市场

做Hermes Agent的Nous Research拿下了9000万美元B轮，估值15亿美元。华尔街日报10月7日首发，公司当天确认。Robot Ventures领投，英伟达、微软M12、三星、Union Square Ventures、Y Combinator、Menlo Ventures都进了股东名单，这家成立三年的公司累计融资到1.58亿美元[1][2][3]。

Hermes Agent用MIT协议开源，今年2月才发布，能记住项目、给自己写新技能、底层模型随便换，自托管完全免费[3]。八个月被克隆2270万次，公司自估全球2.5%的AI token流量跑在它上面[2]。钱从托管订阅来，每月20到200美元，9月中年化收入约3600万美元，公司放话年底前破亿[1][4]。

这轮融来的钱要做的事写在CEO Dillon Rolnick的公开信里，把免费攒下的用户变成付钱的企业客户。

Hermes for Businesses允许公司按价格和目标挑选模型、数据留在自己基础设施里、员工写的技能沉淀成公司资产，9月中已经上线[2][4]
